I didn't feel like leaving, spent fantastic time and can just recommend. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, I appreciated its welcoming staff. Booked a room with magnificent views of the lake. Location: the venue was really close to desert and centre of town food. The breakfasts were great and the service was excellent!

The only service I missed for my work was a reliable and high-speed internet connection. It would have been beneficial to have a strong and stable Wi-Fi signal in the meeting room to conduct online research, access important documents, and communicate efficiently with colleagues and clients.

It was so handy having a mini-bar, climate control, and a personal safe. the hotel's location was fantastic, close to restaurants, cafes, the cable car to Monte Baldo, and the city center. Plus, it was only a short 10-15 minute walk to Porta San Marco.

The staff were very nice, and the room was huge with a fridge. the service was excellent. the location was marvelous for traveling around Riva del Garda, just a short walk to the lakeside, many restaurants and bars, pedestrian zone in the old town, and the cable car to Monte Baldo.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast, despite negative reviews, was excellent. our experience exceeded expectations and we plan to return.
